Limited Turning Radius?

Does anybody else notice a short turning radius on their G, and in general a more limited ability to make very sharp small turns? I have got used to it I think, but having driven my other car a bit more lately, I have realized a very short turning capability on my car.

Not a big deal obviously...but I had it happen today where I had to 3 point turn where my buddy in an SUV just whipped the turn in one fell swoop. I feel like the turning is good, then just stops where I feel there should be about another 1/2 wheel turn to make a sharp turn. I have checked my suspension and wheels to make sure its not being caught on something, but it is just as far as its supposed to go.

Just wanted to see if anybody else notices this...

I think the turning radius is fairly good.

My wife and I were impressed with the turning radius of our G. We could now pull a U-turn in one shot. With our Maxima, you needed a four lane road to pull a u-turn, just like treacherous said.

my 05 maxima had the turning radius of a mac truck.

The g's is awesome. 6mt models even have an adjustable turning radius. Pop the clutch and it gets a whole lot tighter. ;]

Drive the first generation G's... YIKES, you would make a 32 point turn to turn around.

I had one and it was great, 100 times better than my previous Maxima.

IMO, the G35 turning radius is pretty decent. It's not 240SX great (turning radius was 29 feet!), but it's better than many cars. My TSX, which was significantly smaller than a Maxima that you guys are complaining about, had a 40' turning radius! This was even bigger than for the much larger Acura TL.

++++++++++++1! My Max turned like a tanker, the G is great compared to that. And I haven't found it to be wide, my benchmark is whether you can turn around in a subdivision intersection. The G does.

I understand completely and I hate making 3 point turns to get into tight parking spots due to the limited turn radius. The stop is the front compression rods. You could grind them down but I advise against it for safety reasons.

The turning radius in the G, especially the Sport, is the best in its class, better than 3 series BMW, better than S4 Audi and Lexus IS. And was better than 07 Caddy CTS, probably also the 08. The Acura TL (front-wheel drive) is the worst.

Turning radius is sharpest I've ever owned and was a major factor in my decision to buy the car. The cornering is so sharp my aggressive driving wife scares me when she takes tight turns.

I love the car and my wife.

ive kinda noticed this a little also....its just slight more difficult to pull into a parking spot compared to the acura mdx that i used to drive....but i just figured it was due to familiarity with the car.......but maybe not
