Ok I know this was posted a few times, but want to double check and make sure When to switch over to Full Synthetic Motor Oil? I Use it in my Older 90 Stang. But when to switch in the New G? I hear some guy's say do it right away no Problems? Others Post wait till like 5-10,000 mi before Switching over? So What does everyone recommend? So I know exactly when to switch over? I know using the Reg Oil is needed to seat the motor's Rings and seals etc......... but I have about 3,500 mi right now. Any "Right" recommendations will really help me out! Thnx.

 

look at it this way .... you are not hurting anything with mineral oil, so keep using it for the safe amount of time for the rings to seat and what ever wear needs to occur .... then switch to synthetic
It's not the case with starting to use synth. too early

so just wait 'till 10-15-20k and then switch, what the hurry?
