You could use those tires on the Advans. When you're mounting them on the car, you can test fit the Rear on the front and see if it rubs or not.

That's alright. The OEM 18's on the first gen coupes are 18x8 all around with 225/45 front tires and 245/45/18 rear tires.

You could always go with 225/40/19 all around when its time to replace the tires. Or 245/40 if they fit the front.

Difference in size

Are the 225/40/19 skinnier in rubber size in comparison to the 245/40/19

The first number in the size of a tire 225/40/19 is the section width of the tire in millimeters. So 245-225= 20. 20mm is the equivalent of about 3/4"

The sidewall is only .32" smaller.

it can take anywhere from 2-6 months when ordering JDM wheels. It all depends on who you order it from and if they have their **** together.

But on average, it takes 8-10 weeks. Where do you plan on ordering them from?

Vivid is a legit company. But i'd see if any of our site sponsors can get them and save you a few dollars
