Install foglights??

I am thinking of adding foglight into the plastic covers on my sport bumper.
I have obsessed with yellow foglights ever since i had my first car,Infiniti Qx4. and ever since that car i have put yellow fogs in everything i have owned. My Envoy, Gs400, Is250AWD. But now that i have a 2008 G35xS i can't have yellow fogs since they are intergrated into the headlight.

i was thinking of using the M45 foglights and just wiring them into work with the factory fogs.

What do you guys think???

Why dont you just replace the fog bulb with a yellow bulb

unless you are saying that you want some actual driving/fog lights low in the bumper

I prefer the look of fog lights lower down, on the plastic bits at the bottom of the bumper, I don't really understand why they integrated them with the main lights unit

Yes, our fog lights are almost worthless. Difficult to believe Infiniti/Nissan would give so little attention to this not so minor deficiency. Lack of Daytime Running Lights in USA iteration is also an oversight and contributes to unnecessary insurance costs.

+1

It just doesn't look right either. They should put them on G37's too. the empty hole looks unfinished. Like how on some Altimas you get fogs and some just have a black cover. it would be nice if STILLEN designed a simple hole filler with fog built in. the wiring would be simple.
