I would use infiniti's roadside assistance and have the car towed to your dealership...then I would kill everyone at express oil change, jk
If there's no damage done to your car after dealership diagnosis, I wouldn't do anything to express oil change...and never go back.
If there is damage done to your car, then call a lawyer.
good luck

One thing to consider if you don't go the lawsuit route is to wait until Express Oil is pretty crowded and go in there and calmley explain to them what happened and that they lost a customer. Make sure every other customer in the shop hears you. It may not do anything for your wallet but it may make you feel better.
Most types of equipment failure in a car has to happen in some sort of reasonable amount of time in order to properly put the blame on whoever last manufactured or tampered with the car. A month seems to be too long in this case so there is no way you will be able to get a successful lawsuit against express. At this point (in the eyes of the courtroom), it is just as likely that infiniti didn't put in the right size bolt as it is likely that express didn't tighten correctly. If this had happened maybe about a day after then it would be reasonable to sue them if there was damage.
I'm not a lawyer yet but I'm pretty sure this what I learned in the automotive section of my courses a while ago. I could be wrong though.
