guys if u want the best intake for your cars its JWT pop charger
there is no better intake than this
injen is a bit louder and is a really CAI but jwt has more gains than injen does
plus the jwt comes with heat shields so its almost, and basically a CAI
and is alot cheaper than jwt
doesnt matter about the price...its about the quality and performance
and if thats what u want
GO JWT!

no, the jwt is basically not a CAI...the jwt is a good intake but some of your information is incorrect

I've only seen one dyno chart from JWT, then a lot statements about power gains. Sounds familiar. It's a tube and a filter (well 2). Stillen - Tubes w/filters, Injen longer tubes w/filters........ And you're starting with what is basically a factory cold air intake (filters inside but the source is in front of the grill). I'm not surprised that significant, consistent and documented gains are hard to find.
I may be wrong about the dyno's on the JWTs but I've been looking and have only seen one. I'm no statistician but that's hardly conclusive.

I think they all look kinda neat and sound fun. A couple horsepower here or there is a plus.

Not sure what the stock average WHP is on these tho? Heard it was around 25??...Might be wrong?

You really need before and after, same car - same dyno. Ideally within a couple of hours. Anything else is only a data point.

if u don't know english that well, then don't say anything please
the way i said it, the way it was meant to be said, is that its something like CAI cuz the heat shields, which blocks heat from the motor, acts as a CAI by not allowing the heat to enter through the intake. what does the CAI do?
its put in a place that doesn't have alot of hot air but more cold air.
what the pop charger is doin is blocking the heat from goin anywhere near the intake so what else is it sucking in. cold or semi cold air
and someone on my350 forum had rresults of both injen and jwt and its proven that jwt brings more power than injen does. injen is still a great intake. i put an injen intake on my car just yesterday and ya its loud but u dont feel that much difference. but if u want the best go with jwt. i got injen cuz its louder

I think it's funny that so many guys pop in trying to sell their intakes when someone asks about which one is best.

That should tell you something.

stocks best - quiet, easily replaceable filter (no cleaning/oiling), fits perfectly, no maintenance really.

but what fun is that?

Does the JWT have a dry or oil base filter?

I would like to see pictures for the Injen CAI installed, i really wonder where those long pipes end at, also JWT have been (and still) the best and cheapest intake for the 350z and g35 coupe.

But where can you get replacement filters? any similir K&N filters (same design) ??
