SWAYS!!! I did ALL performance and just now starting to do cosmetic. The one thing that does suck is when you go to meets the car with all show no go get more attention than the all go no show... except for terrycs, that car is just beast!!!!!

Sways really help in just routine maneuvers (not just at the track) like high-speed lane changes, quick cornering (to snake that parking spot from some slow-poke in the grocery parking lot) and taking on/off ramps at higher speeds...

get the sways and get the chipped bumper fixed.

Yep, there are numerous times where i've had to swerve into another lane because some idiot wasn't paying attention. Also when taking a corner mildly quick and wanting to gun it after you've made it through the majority of the turn, and even during the turn, the sways will help intensely.

I'd vote for the sway bars, although if you want handling, you should be looking at better tires. But since tires are a wear part that will get replaced eventually, I say get the sway bars first! (no need to waste the extra money in this kind of economy)

A drop does nothing for performance... maybe the negative camber you'll get from the drop, but that's about all. If anything, you get better road feel, depending on the springs. If you want performance, get sway bars, struts and tires. But as a normal mod, all Gs look better with less gap between the wheel and fenders.

I'd go for looks first, rides and drives fine. Make it you first.

I think it had something to do with the brushing.. i think the Hotchkis bars come with beefier bushings while the stillen bars use the stock ones

Ahhh... yes that's true.
The OE bushings are not that bad though for street use.
& You can upgrade neoprene if you want to.
I wouldn't rule the bars out just because of the bushings.

I had the Stillen on my '04 & was very happy with the results.

The difference in price is related to the differences in features:

1. Hotchkis includes new bushings
2. Hotchkis includes new brackets with zerk fittings for easy re-greasing
3. Hotchkis offer more adjustibility on the rear bar

Those differences make the bars worth the extra $$ to me
