Definitely the lip first. Reason is, the Journey bumper is pretty conservative. If you go with a black roof first, it won't look right - would be like a family sedan trying too hard to look sporty. But, if you go with a front lip first, then the black roof would match much better.

riverside sells it for like 400 i think, can't remember how much they charged me, but it came shipped to my house, with all the instructions and hardware...

How hard was it to install the front lip (on a scale of 1-5, time spent, problems faced, etc)???
