I want to paint my front grill black but can not find a thread on it. Where do I start? And What do I need?

Very easy to do, just don't over sand like I did.. I ended up with little lines in the plastic.

basically you need to start by sanding it, then prime it, then coat 1, light sand, coat 2, possibly sand and repeat for coat 3, then clear coat (if the paint doesn't already have clear in it), then you're done. not too hard really. you just need to keep it out of dusty areas so you don't get debris in the wet paint. you may even want to plasti-dip it.

NM, I just figured it out.

 

You have to upload em to Photobucket of flickr or some photo hosting site then copy the direct link into the photo box.
