I found this link for LED external signal mirrors for the M35.
Isn't the M mirror the same as the 07+ Sedan and G37?

It looks like wholesale only

I read it as $3k for 10 sets of L and Right.
That makes it $150 per mirror or $300 per set. Not bad if they work.
