Where is the Overlay DIY?

I've searched high and low....

I know I've seen a DIY on headlight and tail light overlay installation.
Anyone got the linky-do handy???

I'm getting my tail lights professionally installed. A local tint shop quoted $25. I figure it's cheap enough and they'll do a much better job.
