It's not them, bro. I thought it was too. If you havent herd the **** USPS is going though, then you would understand. USPS is cutting down delivering mail, so a lot of thing will be coming late. All because they want to save money.

What?!?

People are getting my frames, from order to door, in 2-3 days and I use USPS.
It's not all USPS if it's taking 5+ weeks... it's the vendor.

See above.

My mom sells wholesale jewelry and sometimes uses USPS and its certainly not there fault. Its 100% the vendors fault in this situation.

Click http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=xenonmods+reviews&aq=f&oq= google search and see for yourself the GREAT (being fictitious here) reviews for xenonmods.

Not worried about it though cause I used my AMEX and they have never let me down.

AMEX FTW!

Keep yourself updated buddy, looks like you dont watch the news.

My grounding kit took 2 and half weeks to get here.
BB shipped it just a day or 2 after the payment was conformed.

It was in USPS's hands after that.

It also took 3 weeks for me to get my bulbs.
Xenonmods.com doesnt even respond to their emails but that doesnt mean they didnt ship it.

Some people are lucky, they ordered at the right time.

This whole USPS thing is all over the net and the news.
Watch the news, you'll be surprised and not in a good way.
I didn't believe it either until it started happening to me.

My experience with mailing things is:
- UPS smashes stuff
- USPS is cheap but unpredictable
- FedEx gets it done but is expensive

When I parted out my BMW.
I mailed a clutch stop to a guy I know in NJ.
Over 4 wks go by... no pkg.

USPS tracer was useless, they had no idea what happened.
so... I refunded the guy.

8 weeks later, I get a PP from the guy.
"guess what showed up"

Robby, not an arguement, honestly, but I do feel that you're not 100% correct here.

I've watched the news, I know what's happening with the USPS. The USPS is proposing to drop a delivery day to continue service in this lousy economy. They are not proposing to take 500% longer in delivery time.

I ordered my BB Grounding Kit on Jan 16.
It was shipped on Jan 23.
I received it on Jan 26.
That's 10 days, but only 3 of those were actual shipping in USPS's hands.

If you have different experiences, look into YOUR local USPS office for reasons. The USPS is not at fault for this company's lousy rep. Look at the facts. They didn't even respond to your emails. What makes you think your stuff was in the mail?!?

And people all over the country are still receiving my frames 2 days after shipping. (except for Brroklyn, NY... the PO system sucks down there too)

USPS tracking sucks! I admit this. My wheel spacers and wheel locks were lost from Florida to MA a few months back. They do have issues, I don't deny this. I just don't think that in this situation, that it's all on USPS. This bulb company has issues with every customer who uses them.... that buys the USPS some credibility in this case.

^ the thing is, in this situation you can't say it's all USPS;
because XM do not respond to communication.
That's definitely one thing they are VERY bad at.

Yup, there may be more than one party at blame here.
I'm not for sticking up for Cliff Clavin and Newman, I just know that they're doing a damn good job at getting my stuff to buyers very quickly.

I ordered mine last month and it took about 1 week and half to come. It was longer than i thougth but I guess shorter than some of you experienced. One thing is that they don't repond to email and I had no idea to track what happened to my order other than it got posted on my credit card. As far as install goes, it was pretty easy on driver side. You can just unscrew the part the airbox is connected to the body and it gave me enough room for my small hand :-). For passanger side tho, it was pretty hard in the begining since there is the window washer tube right infront of the bulb. I was having hard time accessing the bubl without removing the airbox until i found out i can pull the window washer tube pretty easy. You can disconnect it from the body and turn left - right and pull. After window washer tube is out, it has pretty big space to access to the bulb and you don't even need to touch the airbox to replace the bulb.
