The HFC/TP rasp that the folks here complain of is unique to the HR motor. The DE motor in your 05 G35 doesn't have this same sound. It is a tinny, rattling noise on WOT acceleration.

do u have a video i wana hear how it sound sbefor ei do this mod i want a little more sound from my exhaust but i dont wana spend alot on a catback

No video. It is a metallic rattle, like a loose heat shield sound. It occurs around 4000 rpm.
