Lights painted TOO DARK HELP

What's wrong with tinting the windshield? My friend put on a layer of the new 70% clear film (uv and heat protection) and it rejects a ****load of heat with zero downside other than initial cost outlay

the front window is where most of the heat comes in the car

^ i thought you had yours done w/ little mike at california tint or something last year. I remember I couldn't make it.

Well, I couldn't make it that day either and I have been kinda busy with stuffs... Also, I kinda changed the idea of having 25% tint on the front... hahaha

sup!! Lol, whoa def not 25%!! I think little mike went 50% and he took his off cause it was too dark. 70% would be good, they have that there as well.

jeez you guys are really giving it to him

He blatantly said he didn't want it too dark and that it ended up way too dark. We should be giving the paint-shop sh*t for painting headlights that dark, he didn't ask for that dark

fail, at least if it would of been an overlay it could of been easily removed, painted headlights even if theyre not done that dark will look like *** when the headlights are shining thru, tail lights is different though

alright, thanks for all the compliments.
ended up sanding each headlight down with 800 grit and then 2000 grit, took about 4 hours each light and then clear coat, came out look like brand new, sorry again for the bad picture quality

Now on to a more serious topic, what color is your car? from the pic it looks like polished metal lol hasn't anybody else noticed that?

nice recovery..paint inside next time..and that doesnt mean the inside of the lense lol
