Looks like crap. Anybody putting LED's like that, it's not really an imitation of the Benz or anything, but it looks too tacky. It needs a housing or something to look clean..like this.

If done correctly, it will go well with the car...if done as shown in pic, looks tacky and ghetto. BTW, the ones in the photos I posted are custom, they don't come OEM.

I do love the LED feature of the newer cars today! but not these on the G.. The JDM Accessory wasn't too shabby on the 2010 though.. I hope that my next car will have LED's stock. = )

I don't like it. You are driving a G, not an Audi.

Exactly. I'm seeing more & more misc. vehicles with those strip LED lights. Looks rather foolish.

Totally agree, with a bunch of posts as well as yours.

It's a new fad, looks "poser", and reminds of back in the day when people put LEDs on their windshield washer nozzles, or even better, with those LEDs on the air valve caps on their wheels.

It looks good when the intention was there from the manufacturer, such as Audi and I've even seen these on the new Benz's now.

I'd definitely put more attention and effort to getting a fog light with a nice lens mounted in the bumper than these fugly LEDs. Might as well put BMW logos on the car. If I wanted an audi, I'd buy one.

I saw some today on an Acura TL! lol

By the way.. I suspect that all new cars will have them soon.. I mean after Audi, Mercedes.. they are popping up everywhere.. with Porche Cayenne, RangeRover, etc...

I love it on the Audi but I hate how it goes off on one side when the turn signal is on. It looks like it burnt out. They should of place the leds other place or the side blinkers. So both can be on at the same time.

I used to like them....but now they are common place and to me, end up looking a bit ghetto. It seems like everybody is on the band wagon. So it becomes less "special" to me.

I also agree that they need a housing...unless installed like the iron man lights...

For my G35S, i'm going to do a nice set of micro fogs strategically placed and recessed in the two outside lower bumper vents - where the fogs are on the 2010's.

Much more integrated looking and subtle.

The leds are also a big pain in the *** when they go out - which they will.

Just my.02.
