Do you realize how crazy it is to dislike a mod because it's standard or optional on another manufacturers vehicle. If everyone followed that way of thinking then we wouldn't have any mods.
"A 1975 Pontiac Firebird has a standard rear spoiler and a front lip so how can we put that on a G35...it only belongs to Pontiac" ...Doesn't it seem a bit ridiculous?
IMO as long as a mod is done tastefully and clean, it's cool.
I would still like to hear more from G37Mobbin about these.

For instance, BMW has the angel eys and the "Hofmeister Kink"
Mustangs have the "tri-bar" tail lights and shaker hoods
Audi has the led strip
etc, etc.
my take on these>
They look good on the G. BUT I see them everywhere nowadays. i saw at least 4 cars today with led strips and no less than 10 with those rings... especially on Chargers, 300C's and Silverado's.

I like to have something that isn't installed on every car on the street, and i specially don't want to have my car looking like the riced up Honda in front of my building, i know those ricer Honda cult would say "look at that G owner, he want to be as cool as us but he's trying"

i feel ya there. but, in the midsouth, NObody has them. So its a big headturner. occasionally you see the junk ebay prefabbed stuff on a rice car.
. black candy base coat and entire lens cleared for an immaculate shine after waxing.
Some thing just look better on the car they originally came on.
