painted with satin black high heat paint. i dont like the glossy black look. and dont forget there are 4 small screws that hold the lense to the housing.bake at 210 for 5-10 min.bake untill you are able to seperate the lense from the housing. make sure the lense is on top so when you pull apart the housing, the stringy glue dont get on the lense.

after you heat up the lights and put them back together. use a clamp to tighten and hold the light together as it cools. this will make it airtight again.

^ I was looking for one of those when I did my lights, but couldn't find any

but I'd agree that's probably the best way to go about it

just reheat the light again and clamp down on the lights to make sure they are tight. i got my set from home depot.

Looks Great! iv been on the fence for almost a year about painting the headlights on my PG sedan. I think you just convinced me, Great work.
