HELP! Dome lights, drivers seat and mirror not working!

Hello All,

So I was installing LED's in the interior of the car when all of a sudden all the lights went off.

So I checked the fuses (driver's side and beside battery) and replaced a few but the rest look all good and still nothing.

I don't know if this applies to us (2007 G35s Sedan) but I read other places it could be a fuse in the third location? I don't know where that is! Can someone help.

I also tried disconnecting the battery and still nothing. I left it disconnected overnite.

I think it could be a BCM issue = $$$$. Is there anything else I can try? Please and thank you!

PS. Which fuse would it be anyways?

if it's like the 08 then you have a fuse box in the cabin by the driver's left foot and maybe one on the passenger side, similar location (not in the 08 but maybe in the 07). it's definitely just a fuse, don't worry too much. pull the panel off that driver side block and there will be a label on the backside of the panel cover with the location of the fuses and what they go to.

***edit****

sorry i didn't realize you checked the other location. sometimes the fuses dont' go to what you think they should. did you test them with a multimeter?

Thanks Remmy. I haven't had a chance to check all the fuses. It's pouring like crazy here and I don't have a garage

ok, sorry i don't have the actual layout of the fuseblock in front of me but it's likely 1 or 2 fuses that control all the stuff you're having issues with.

Yeah it was one of the room lamps. The fuse was blown. I pulled it out the other day and it looked fine but I checked it again today. And yes it was blown. Damn I feel stupid

rdeol - don't feel stupid! we all make mistakes! those tiny fuses are tricky devils! glad it worked out in the end.

djfarhan - if only one of your lights went out and no other bulb works in it's place but everything else on the circuit works the only possibilities are a loose wire on the bulb socket or the socket itself is faulty. not much else it could be really.
