HID Fog Glare...bad?

I want to add HID fogs to my '07, but I am not sure about how bad the glare will be with a set of 5k HID bulbs. Does anyone have any firsthand experiences? Is it blinding and/or annoying for oncomming drivers? I'm on the fence whether to go with HID or some whiter bulbs.

Since there is no projector there it would be safe to assume it would blind people - since it's all in the main headlight, I don't think you can even aim it down to compensate for either. I've seen people do it anyways, but from what I understand HIDs aren't good for real fog anyways. How a projector retrofit in there would be interesting to see

I have 3k HIDs in my fogs and like how they look. They do not blind anyone but are actually little too low for my taste.

I don't think having the fogs in the main headlight looks good from an aesthetic standpoint anyways, whether or not you put in HIDs or yellow bulbs--I rarely turn mine on. I would agree that without the projector, I don't see how you could not be blinding people--The fog reflector just was not made for that much light.

I've only used my 3K HID fogs once. It was snowing pretty hard and it was an unlit highway so they helped alot.
