So I was driving the other day and it was dark out. I pull up to this place that has highly reflective glass and I notice my headlights...

The HID park is one which gives off a white hue while some other part of the headlight is on as well and it gives off a yellow hue like it is regular halogen...

Is this normal? Is something set up wrong under the settings menu???

 

The fog light is right next to the HID projector and is halogen.

 

Oh ok. Do you recommend turning it off or leaving it on? Also, if I am to leave it on, is it possible to swap out for HID fogs?

 

I personally leave them off because I don't think they look good there. I like fog lights in the bumper like the current G37 sedan. When I need the added light, I turn them on--i replaced the stock bulbs with 3000k halogen bulbs because that is what I prefer. Some have bought HID conversion kits for their fogs--I would definitely aim the fogs lower if you do though or it will be blinding.

 

For the life of me, I can't find how to turn off the fogs. Is it under the settings on the Nav screen or is it on the signal stalk???
