Help with Wiring

I recently had my 07 sedan front end changed to the new 2012. while the shop did it they didnt connect the fog lights that come with the new sedan.. i cannot find the foglight harness/wiring anywhere.. could this have been removed.. trying to find the wiring for the switch that turned on the foglights in the headlight for the 07/ any tips?

Shouldnt be hard to wire them up, just use THIS link(post#2) to see where to tap the wires for the new fogs in the oem fuse box and everything should work fine
