Hey everyone im new to the forum, recently purchased a 2007 Infinti G35X 4 door sedan but the passenger side door handle cover/cap is broken and it keeps falling off, now i went to an infiniti dealership and they told me the cap costs $48 when the whole mechanism is $56, that sounds outrageous to me that the plastic cap/cover is 48. Does any one of you gents know a website that i could buy a cap/cover from?

 

I think you are talking about the ESCUTCHEON. I bought one on ebay to get rid of the key hole since I never use it. There aren't cheap. I bought mine for 25 about a year ago. I super glued mine on since it just clips in. I hasn't come off!
