So I want to open up my lights, and paint them, install halos as well. My question is, if i wanted to tap into the city lights "parking lights" which wires would i connect the halos to? Can someone please highlight them in the pic below? Thank you in advance!!

 

What do you mean what wires would you tap into. Tap into city light wires... Halos have low draw when LED.

Only issue with tapping into those is that you cannot use the Fog lights, as I believe this shuts off the city lights.

 

I should've said im a noob when it comes to electrics. I was looking for an exact direction which wires to merge. The negative from the halo will be connected to the black wire on the lights, and the positive from the halo will be connected to the green with white wire on the city lights?

 

You ground like ANYTHING electric to a piece of the frame or something similar that is naturally grounded. Positive would tap into the 12V+ on the city lights. They come on each time the city lights are on (when you have the headlights on).
