Vendor Problem on G35driver

Vendor Problem on G35driver

Hey guys, I really needed some help here. I been on this forum for more then 3 year now. I finally got the fund to mod my g35 coupe 2004. I put in an order for a full body kit from CARBODYKIT (ERIC) 626-592-3103 in cali. We have talk on the phone a couple of time just to make sure he was the right guys for the job and he was one of the vendor on this forum. So, i trusted him. The problem is that his body kit do not fit and he guarantee the fitman, if not he was replace it. The sidskirt has big gap between my door. Now ERIC would not return my phone call or text at all. I pay him with paypal. Eric keep telling me that he getting the tracking number for weeks now. I'm still waiting for it. Should i cut my lose and move on , any advice guys. here the pic

So he's sending you a new one? Are you installing it yourself or having a shop do it? No aftermarket kit fits like OEM, you'll always have to work on it a bit. Don't give up, I'm sure Eric will resolve this.

If I could only tell you that most the body kits on the market do not fit well. Even high dollar authentic kits have had to modified to fit... This goes with the territory.

What do you guys think when vendors battle each other and the consumer buys them for a couple hundred bucks. The consumer is the one who will ultimately pay the price with the low quality materials, zero quality control, and the crap reputations on the line.

I have the bodyshop work on my car, they say it too big of a gap to work on it

01/25/12 WEDNESDAY Pictures were sent to Checkout@BAUSauto.com showing fitment issue with IM-STYLE SideSkirts.

AGREED, sideskirts were faulty. Promise of a new replacement set will be given when pictures of faulty IM-STYLE SIDESKIRTS are destroyed (broken in half).

Still awaiting picture confirmation of broken sideskirts. I receive your voicemails over the weekend. Sorry I have not had a chance to return your call yet =(

REGUARDLESS OF THE ABOVE.. YOUR REPLACEMENT IM-STYLE SIDESKIRTS WAS SHIPPED OUT ON 01-26-12. One day AFTER pictures was submitted.

And you've only left me one voicemail at 11:45am (pacific time) and one text at 12:21pm (pacific time) TODAY only message prior to that was LAST week when you brought up the fitment issue.

Thank you (eric) for responding to my concerned. I have been trying to contact you vial phone call and text. Didn't get an answer on the tracking # was getting worry.
