Judging by the fact you've been a member here since 2010 and have 5 posts (with this being one of them) I'm going to imagine it's because you haven't been looking very hard. Now that your question is in the right forum I'll let you read yourself to your own conclusion. Lots of info out there.

As with any company we have ups and downs. OP before you buy with anyone read disclaimers and understand what you are buying. I hope we earn your business. Feel free to share any PM's you get about Us and we will address any concerns. There is always 2 sides to every story. We really do try to serve you..

Helping out with customs ?/10 - i hope this is 10/10 - not yet sent order so..
Price 9/10
Shipment packing quality ?/10 - i will update
Shipment prices for international 3/10 - i had to organise it my self
Speed in getting shipment ready 2/10 - 2 months and waiting
Quality and fitment of parts ?/10 - i will update
Help in getting as much stuff in one box as possible for combined shipping 9/10
Giving updates on orders and ETAs 2/10
Basically if communication was better it would be all 8-9/10 but communication and speed or getting things organised seems to be lacking..

I ordered a poly kit from them back in Nov and everything was fine. I havent personally seen the kit but the body shop said it came very well packaged and great quality. As far as shipping Strafe got it out fast, and everything came in one box.
I just ordered a hood from them but it hasnt arrived at the body shop yet, so I cant speak for that item.
Dustin was always quick to respond to any questions and was easy to work with, I haven't really worked with Lawrence.

I ordered hood dampers from them back in September. Was always a pain getting a response form them, they often just ignored/never responded to emails.
Finally had to give up last week, gave them an ultimatum to get them shipped to me; they promised by a certain day, never delivered never shipped, and didn't bother to tell me they hadn't shipped. Currently, I have disputed the charge on my credit card, b/c Strafe wanted to charge me a $25 restocking/chargeback/whatever fee. On a $150 order of relatively common parts, no less, that they weren't able to send for over five months.
Recommend taking your business elsewhere.
