Just ordered a front bumper on Mon. Communication has exceeded my expectations. Could have got it a few bucks cheaper elsewhere but decided to go with a reputable company who wants to take care of its customers and actually responds to you. Past experiences with select vendors had me wondering if they were alive after I placed my order.

It's not that useful but appreciate the help...

The tracking is some reference # and has a freight co for a website which I can't even use the tracking # on. So I don't know if this is who they're using to ship to me???

 

They shipped to me with Main Freight. I got the info off my paypal page and just contacted them and they gave me the update.

The freight co is closed so I'll call tomorrow and give an update; I'm a bit dissapointed because at first Eric was responsive and now everytime I call, I get voicemail and despite leaving messages; Ive yet to get a call back

 

When did you place your order and when did it supposedly ship?

 

Sorry about the slow response guys =( my partners are over seas with our manufacture working on paper work so I'm here by myself with some minions. =( I gave up and closed to the public starting today. Basically I'd get a walk in customer and miss 3-4 phone calls then spend the rest of the day catching up.

Caught up with the paper work. Everyones parts shipped =) don't worry about that. For large packages we ship with a freight company. JD just checked on your package it should be there today.

Freight tracking is a little.. 'old-school' compared to UPS or Fed-Ex hour by hour updates.. But the important parts are there (your ETA). Also all of our freight companies will give you a call 1-2 days prior to delivery date to confirm a date and time for drop off.

Hope this helps sorry about the delays guys but orders are still being shipped out ASAP I'm just insanely behind on paperwork.. We get like 3-4 walk-ins a day for HID kits that all want a tour of the warehouse x.x

Guess my last post didn't post....grrrr....anyhow, Eric thank you very much for the followup...this always goes a long way w/ customers old and new. My inven arrived today and shop will be looking at fit tomorrow (no pressure...lol).

Props to BausAuto (Eric) for getting my bumper to me within 1 week (including weekend). Again, thanks for the follow-up and explanation as to the delay....
