I ordered a set of 6000k D2S bulbs from Marinelli Motorsports on March 9, 2011. I was by pleased with the product and the service I received from them. However, last Thursday my driver side bulb burned out. With a little over a year of service time under their belt, these bulbs should have lasted much, much longer. I contacted Galliano that night and explained the situation to him. I received a very quick response where he apologized, and explained that the warranty for the bulbs was only a year. However, he offered to ship me a replacement set at no additional cost since I have been a repeat customer. The replacement set shipped on Friday and arrived this afternoon. I wanted to say thank you to Marinelli Motorsports for standing behind their products. These bulbs are very inexpensive, but despite that they went above and beyond their warranty and obligation to really wow me as a customer. I look forward to doing business again with them in the future, and hope you all do the same! Thank you Galliano!
