Problems with ordering from Bausauto
Hey guys I don't want this thread to be a whole list of complaints. I ordered a set of bumpers from Bausauto on Sept. 13th and I STILL HAVE NOT GOT THEM. I've called/texted/PM'd Eric countless times and no reply. I ordered a Nismo Front, Chargespeed Rear, and the Hikkata trunk. He said it would be 2-3 weeks when I ordered because the trunk had to be made. It is now October 26th and I still have no word from him. Last I got in contact with him was 3 weeks ago saying the trunk would be done that week. What do you guys think I should do about this? I paid with PayPal.

Get your money back. You'll probably have people in here shortly saying "He's just been really busy..." Blah blah blah, I'm sick of this guys ****. It's ridiculous when a paying customer has no choice but to start a complaint thread to get an answer from a vendor.

And it's not like I bought some cheap parts or anything, I actually spent quite a lot of money and I was hoping I would get some kind of customer service atleast.

Nice thing about this section is that it helps you identify which is which.
My suggestion to EVERYONE is to look here for feedback on the vendor BEFORE ordering- not after.
