If you paid with PayPal, make a complaint and then Eric will respond. That's what I did. Then I ordered from CarBodyKits and I got my stuff in 2 weeks with spot on fitment.

^chargeback with your credit card. Done deal.

That's where he billed me from. No clue. I'd do what Brian Spilner says and go through your cc provider and go from there. Confronting him may cause you issues.
