I never bothered to post these or say anything about lawrence being with carbodykits out of respect for Ed. But seriously Law you're just such a PITA.. You swear the world is out to get you or something. I'm all 1000% for Ed being on the forums I'd love for him to be active on here. I'd even like him to post and sell our parts so he can handle Customer Service while new parts are made... But unfortunately and god knows why he's secretly working with your dumbass on this..

Ed is well aware of his paypal as well as ours - we even paid him through paypal for the last set of Varrstoen 2.2.2 we got from him.


So as of now I'll formally say.. Please take off all of BAUSauto's parts from http://conceptautomotive.net - you know which ones. I will not be selling you any of my parts regardless of whatever avenue you decide to buy through (usually VIS). And as long as you're affiliated with CBK I'm going to refuse orders from them as well.

Cute but Dustin said that wasn't his G, it was a project for law....wait you mean Dustin and law lied? No way....come on guys get real, I haven't been on this site in months and it takes something dumb like this for me to get on. This **** should be deleted, no wonder this whole site and community is going to ****.

 

5 minutes of your time to respond to paid & waiting customers is just as important as all those big jobs & future work. If your customer service & turn around time isnt as good as your quality youll end up like 90% of the auto parts suppliers before you.

 

88...... Customer service man. I own my own company and I carry around my laptop and phone with me at all times and everything is linked. The moment I've gotta process anything its done by phone or ill take out my laptop and get it done. Emails are not hard. You call the warehouse if your out, Get an answer as to what the hold up is, hang up the phone and proceed to respond back to the email or the client. Seriously....5 Minute job....

 

I cannot fullfill the order in any reasonable amount of time so instead of having a order sit forever I'd just rather not take it =(

I know this is causing some chaos on g35driver and I know this hurts BAUS' reputation on the forum but in the end no one has a order sitting there forever.

 

What does that solve? What kind of business owner are you that you'd rather CANCEL orders than respond in a timely manner and just get answers out.
