I would say most people just count your losses and move forward with this costly lesson . Baus Auto has spread to many forums and people, I would give up hope on them fixing things when they have all these issues pending and there are so many if you do a simple search ..

Just imagine all the issues here on driver and other forums and even people who haven't spoken up and made threads . There is no way crap will get resolved, there have to be people issues in the 20's or more and that's just with a few minute search..

 

Oh snap!! They have really cheated a lot of people! I agree, count your losses. There is NO WAY they will bother trying to repay/fix everyone's orders. This is bigger than I imagined. That is a LOT of money that he has stolen from people. Anyone know anything about a class action suit against the company?

So the oem bumper looks damn sexy right about now and pretty damn cheap/reliable. Those Japanese I don't know how they do it but if it aint broke we american break it by spending even more money just to get scammed.

 

Damn man I didn't know he was all over the othe threads too. I tried getting a refund but he started giving me the runaround because the items were just billed to the bodyshop and paid for by the insurance $ I got.

 

This is far worse than I thought it would get. I had no idea that they were so active all over the car community. Seems like Eric got in way over his head and can't pull out of the funk. Such a shame, but it might be time for him to go bye-bye permanently.

 

Not cool at all. The link to the BMW forum was horrible as well. That dude's trunk was basically stolen by Erik. Then they started linking to threads to this forum saying he has been screwing over a lot of g35 people.

He is turning into a mini-Hennesey kind of vendor. Stealing parts, not returning any forms of contact. There should definitely be a class action suit filed

 

i don't get how somebody can get this far under.....either your just completely oblivious or you just don't care whatsoever about anybody you are working with

 

A couple members of the staff (including myself) and IB have tried to get a hold of Eric with no luck. I imagine that IB will take some additional action soon, but not sure exactly what. The staff will be in contact with IB this week related to this.
