So Where do I begin?
I was involved in a car accident in may 2012. I contacted Erik in regards to getting a Hikata Dori poly front Bumper, Nismo replica side skirts, and a nismo rear lip. He gave me a price and directed me to go with Auto Network Bodyshop in San Gabriel Valley for my body work.

It took three weeks for the body shop to recieve all of the parts (front bumper, sideskirts, and rear lip), Which wasn't too bad of a wait. All of the parts had really good fitment except the Nismo Rear lip.

The nismo rear lip was unable to fit my stock oem bumper. The lip was long on both sides and the body shop was unable to mount the lip. I immediatley contacted Erik and informed him about this. Erik told me that I had a "newly molded lip" and that the lip should fit perfectly to my car. He did not believe me and made me drive to his shop because he wanted to "see for his eyes" that the lip wouldn't fit. After stopping by his shop he saw that the lip needed to be remolded. He asked if he could borrow my car and remold the lip. I was unable to give him my car because I had summer school coming up in a few days and I just got my car out of the body shop after 2 months.

Erik told me that it was fine, and that he could find someone with a 03/04 g35 sedan from "Team Outcast" to use. He told me it would take about 2-3 weeks to get my new mold.

-3 Weeks passed and I texted Erik on the first week of July and he told me that he still did not have the lip.

-About 1 Month & 1/2 later, I contacted Erik on August 24th and was told that the lip was still not ready.

-I contacted Erik on September 11 via Text and did not recieve a response

-I contacted Erik on September 17 via Text and did not recieve a response

-On September 18th Erik texted me saying that he bought an 03/04 bumper and will work on the mold as soon as he recieves the bumper.

-I contacted Erik on October 19th via text for updates and recieved a response from him saying that "Vivek didn't give me the 03/04 bumper yet"

-I contacted Erik on November 5th via text and he told me that he has been busy getting cars ready for SEMA

-I contacted Erik on November 13 and did not recieve a response

-I contacted Erik on November 14 and did not recieve a response

-I contacted Erik on November 19 and did not recieve a reponse

-I contacted Erik today, November 27, and still have not recieved a response.

Really? I ordered this piece in late May and STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT...
I dont understand how someone can run a buisness like this. I seirously wish I would have purchased my parts from ionic.

As you can see, the rear doesn't fully cover all of the greyish parts of the lower oem bumper (The lip doesn't fit the lines of the car).
