Just picked up a motordyne plenum 5/16" iso thermal spacer from infiniti of scottsdale along with clear corners. Now for the challenging part, the install. I know everyone says how easy it is but if you were here watching me install the z tube and pop charger you would have thought i have never seen car before lol. Anyway if anyone has any tips or suggestions let me know. It took me almost 2-3 hours just to install the z-tube/pop charger. SO i'm feeling like this might be an all day project

 

If I didn't have to work today, I'd give ya a hand bro.. but unfortunately I do. ( I love workin on cars...lol )

Anyway, take your time and who cares if it takes all day.. just make sure ya get it done the right way...

 

Thanks that would have been greatly appreciated, I was just looking over the instructions and I think i'm going to hold off on installing it today. I don't have a torque wrench or the patience to do it my self which is kinda crapy cause i really wanted to get it done but the dealership wants 260 to install it.

 

HaHa I'm so sad I woke up all early to get this thing an now i can't even install it today. But on a good note i did get the clear corners put it which is lookin sexy with my freshly cleaned and waxed car that i put like 4 hours into yesterday lol. If only i could finish my day with this darn spacer.

 

Most likely wont be able to do the july 4th weekend. gettin my teeth pulled next week and i might be in LA... Not sure exactly yet.

 

Yeah i'm definitely not going to make to this meets sorry I will be in California for the 4th but maybe when I get back i'll make it to the next one

I installed the spacer with some help of my tint guy oddly enough but we got it all finished and i'm not so sure it's what i was expecting. I really thought it would make it sound a lot better but i already have the z tube and pop charger so idk if that was supposed to be the big change or this but i definitely feel better gains so i guess i can be happy about that. The only other question i had was if anyone reset the ECU after and if they recommend doing it also reseting the throttle body or something?
