Hey everyone, I just moved here from SC this past tuesday. Yeah, I drove my poor G 2000 miles in two days... She handled it well. I'm looking for a good shop for Infiniti/Nissan cars, like a specialist. When I was in SC I went to Z1 Motorsports and they were awesome. Any input from y'all?

And I do want to connect to the local G35 drivers around here, is there a Facebook group or something y'all have besides the forum? Thanks everyone!

I saw the Facebook event, I think I'll try and make it. I am reluctant to show my car cause someone keyed it before I left and I need to get it repainted... But I might bite the humility of having a F'd up car to chill with some of the local drivers around here.

I personally don't have a show car. Mine is a daily driver and track car. Shouldn't worry so much about what others think.

 

And this isn't about showing off anyways. Just good people going for a cruise. We have completely stock g's coming out to play so it's all good

I had a huge key mark down the side of my rear quarter panel for the last 2 years.

 

So glad I found this thread! I work in Scottsdale, my home is in Gilbert, I'm up to meet! I've got a 07 OB G35 coupe almost fully blacked out... I'm a licensed mech, but dont do it for a living due to physical constraints (ive got bitch-wrists as I call em) I do custom fiberglass and audio/video installs as well. I'm very familiar with the interior/exterior of the G and Z but I have yet to really tear into the G's engine besides O2 sensor, belt replacement and normal upkeep. If ANYONE needs help in the valley, or just wants to have a beer, or coffee, or just take your dogs for a walk, i'm game!

I'm kind of new to the valley and as of yet haven't made many car-guy friends so any and all are appreciated!

Currently I'm working on building a plug for a fiberglass mold to build stealth box's in the trunk of the G, custom interior is SLOWLY in the works as well.

I do have connections to import and domestic autoparts supply shops in the valley.

Again, if anyone needs anything, just speak up and i'd be glad to help!
