I just read about the no-modeling proposal and that is absolutely absurd. First we try to remove a cruise, now no modeling? We want this event to be fun with many various things going on, not just a dull conversation about our vehicles. As one of the coordinators of the last meet, I am going to allow it as long as it's not in the parking lot where we are all meeting with respect to those (WHO!?) who might feel "offended."

I always seem to Remember That All the manufactures have Models and some have dancers also. Some of The Best Models I've Seen were REPPIN' NISSAN. Double Standard??!! Whatevers.....

Great meet everyone! I thought everything went well... directions were clear, everyone was able to stay with eachother during the cruise, and lunch was good too!

I will post up some of my pics in a bit in a new thread strictly for this meets pictures. Nice meeting some new people and seeing the old ones =)

Back in SF only took 7 hours would've been 5 without the LA traffic...How do you guys put up with that traffic down there?

ED Great Job on "organizing" - I have no clue why people "RACED" out of Claim Jumpers...I got lost and was pretty *PISSED* about that...Didn't we make it clear this wasn't a damn race? Anyways, I still had fun meeting everyone! I will have pictures to come!

For future refernce - If people are going to follow you...LOOK IN YOUR REARVIEW! Ok I feel better now...had to vent about this one!

WOW! The meeting couldn't have been more perfect!!! Everything went great, and we definitely got a lot of lookie-loos. Thanks for your support on me modeling. However, I did feel uncomfortable knowing that no modeling was allowed. Oh well. I guess we are just going to have to wait for the import shows.
During the week I will post up my pictures that I took, til then, enjoy the rest of the weekend :-)

P.S. It was really great meeting all of you! Hope to see you all very soon :-)

Yesterday's meet was ok, everything went fine except for the cruise. How many groups were there? I know i was with a group of 8, and then it got less and less??? I think what mess up the cruise is when we r coming out of Claim Jumper parking lot. Everyone should of wait by the curb, instead of taking off. Or someone should of directing the traffic coming out of the parking lot, cuz the street were just way too much traffic. And also the cruise was kinda short. I like the previous cruise where we went up to Malibu canyon. Maybe next cruise we can plan a cruise to LA crest up in the mountains...
But anywayz... it was great to see every1...

From the 350z side of the fence the meet was cool. All those G's looked so cool. The Z's made a nice addition to the meet. I think there were about 10 of us. The cruise was too short but it was fun. Nice twisty roads. My group looked like over 25plus G's and 4 Z's in it. We looked like a gang. Met a bunch of cool people. Overall it was a blast.

 

Definately cool meeting new people there. I didn't really have a chance to check out all the cars, but I'm sure it was nice. Also all the girls that were there distracted me.

My suggestion on the next meet is to have food last. Sorta like our valley meet. I think more people would have stayed for the cruise then.

ya, I agree with R1cky, to short, & not fully controlled for the cruz, not that it was bad, don't get me wrong, I guess since we didn't really know people, we didn't get in the right space for the ride, we tried to wait for everyone, but we decide to go out the side exit of the parking lot in front of claim jumpers, then turn onto the street, by the time we passed the exit were everyone else was, it seems everyone was missing, oh well still had a few straglers, good thing I know the route. Hey we really should try the angeles crest ride, me & R1cky ride it on our bikes, it is cool, way less trafic, just bikes. any how, nice talking to you all.

we'll try better to coordinate the next cruise. I just thought that people had to leave so planned for a nice short cruise. Not everyone was very cooperative so.....no leaders like we had planned. We'll appoint officers for next time who will go and actual drive the route before the meet!! On that note, who would be willing to do that before every meet?

Fast food for 74 ppl? I doubt they will be able to do that fast
