LIN - we are going for a cruise, not a canyon RUN. Since I helped organize the last one, I'm putting in my .02 on this one. We have about 40+ members going and I do not want to lose anyone because of a stipulation. ANYONE who wants to cruise (including I) will cruise. The way it will work is after lunch and upon finishing up in Gardena, anyone who wants to cruise (and trust me there will be a lot of us) will go for a nice STEADY drive. We had no problems at all the last 'cruise', we are all mature adults and will take the drive responsibly.

There are a few points I would like to make about this cruise issue.

First of all I have never in the meets I attended seen anyone trying to play Speed Racer and Racer X. If anyone does this now or in the future they are out of the club that all of us are forming. Period. Wouldnt most of you agree? I think that if one of us sees another driving in this manner that they should back off. You cant race anyone if the other person wont race.

Frankly I think this club we are trying to form will go down in flames if there arent any cruises. Just meeting and looking at cars isnt good enough. I will research the legality of the BMW situation in terms of who is legal and let you all know.

But I say we still have the cruise. Believe me if we end cruises our club will die. Keep this is mind.

Don't take it personal man. People get emotional. If it will make you feel any better, I can give you a hug at the meet =). Most of know that you are the reason why are meets are getting bigger and bigger.

I'm glad to hear that the cruise is back on schedule. Atleast we are all aware of the dangers that are involved in street racing or whatever ya'all like to call it... thanks to g35lin...
