Re: NorCal Nissan/Infiniti Meet

68? nice, but you better figure something out about the timing. the meet starts at 1pm, yet we are set to leave for Karting at 2:30/3pm. That won't give enough time to many people running late....there's always people running late (even 2 hours late).

Re: NorCal Nissan/Infiniti Meet

The karting thing is not my idea. I think if someone wants to go karting let them go, if we want to hang out at the park longer or go on a cruise then we can. Nobody says the meet is over at 3:30pm.
I have only been on these car sites for a couple months, but I am trying to organize meets. I am very ambitious and I have been putting NICO flyers on every Nissan that is parked. I am determined that by this summer we are having some killer meets. With some help from everyone.
What I don't understand is why the bay area and Sacramento members don't mix? I guess you kind of have different groups of people, (clicky and snobby) and they don't agreee on certain issues. I am just your average hard working all american girl. No big secret I just don't advertise it in my screenname.
Give me some feedback.

Re: NorCal Nissan/Infiniti Meet

I wouldn't say we don't mix, I used to go to Bay Area meets when I had a Maxima, and we had TONS of fun.

But lately I've been seeing hesitation (even before I sold my Maxima) in meets, and then when I did sell the Max I didn't go to any meets at all. Some people were flakers, and there was alot of confusion sometimes, so I didn't see the point in driving 2 hours to a meet.

Untill the last Bay Area meet at that Crystal Guard place....it was nice........but not very friendly.....sorry guys.....I wen't home right after the crystal guard thing because I was just not feeling any kind of "friendship." I don't know how to explain it, but the Maxima people are (or were?) a little closer together.

Re: NorCal Nissan/Infiniti Meet

Well, a meet is mostly hanging out, checking out each others cars....thata why if you go to too many of them they seem repetitive. Some meets include drives, some meets include BBQ's and stuff. This one will have Karting.

So SACRAMENTO people, are we still meeting for the caravan at the Denny's? Wendy's?? Only 2 days left.
