due to the heavy rain,angeles crest closed half of the route.there are snow,icy road,mud slide and falling rocks up there.is now <font color=red>UNSAFE</font color=red> to cruise.i talked to g35lin (ed) and we came up with new route "CARBON CANYON" this will be 45mi => 1 hr drive.the only thing you have to watch out for in this route is speed traps,every now and then cops will hide out at some random spots and suprise peoples.please <font color=green> obey speed limits </font color=green> we will start cruising right after lunch at hometown buffet and go back to the meet parking lot after the cruise.i'm not that good at mapping so perhap someone will jump in on this.i will also provide everybody who need a copy of the route map along with directions.(just ask) see you all tomorrow...

go out to 60 east (on your righthand side)
get off PHILLIP RANCH road exit (make a right)
keep going a few miles it will become CHINO HILLS parkway
after you see mc'donald,the 2nd lights is CARBON CANYON road "142" (make a right)
you're now entering twisty road,keep going and it'll become LAMBERT road in city of brea
keep on lambert for a little while and you'll see 57 freeway
merge on 57 north (on your righthand side)
take 60 west to azusa exit,back to the meet parking lot

Carbon Canyon will only take 20 - 30 mins tops and that is going 45 mph. Not a lot of twisties out that route.

Let's end up at Diamond Plaza right off the 60 fwy.. That would be awesome, it's right next to the fwy so everyone could see us, and we could show up all the ricers in the parking lot... oh, just a thought... =)
