Cool, it's a Gran Turismo logo! a lil sail boat look.
Try it in just plane color white. Both Gran Turismo and "Explorer" look could also have "Hawaii" vertical or horizontal next to it.

I like both designs...Shall we take a vote on the two? The GT lookalike or the G explorer? Being that the contest has been long over due...Jay? we should get this one rolling.

Thanks for coming on Sat night. I am sorry that you had to leave early,...but I am glad that you are thinkning of your daughter :-). Perhaps on another night you can all come out with us. We need to keep everyone in touch every so often.
Anyhow,....I think that the red background is a representation of the "land of the rising sun". As our cars are built in Tochigi.

Hey...those are St. Louis colors! lol I graduated from Kamehameha. Why not change the colors to royal blue and white without the red background? j/k What about just getting the stickers for the G and the 35, no red circle? I guess you would need brighter contrasting colors to stand out against darkened tint. The colors remind me of those cool japanese anime colors like Kikaida.

Well, we had talked about it (off-forum) and thought making the sticker "G35 Hawaii" would draw more attention to us as a club. I think we were thinking these stickers were more for us to recognize each other on the roads. Sorry, joe! When you come to Oahu you'll know who we are 
I can try to add "Hawaii" somewhere if everyone is interested in that design. When I go home in an hour. hehe 
(Personally, I like the "G35" without the red "sun".)

Basically it was just to have an identifing (spelling I know) "mark" that only we would know of. Sort of like a symbol,..nothing really *bling bling* like.
The red background might actually serve a purpose though. Need to think on how to make the sticker in the easiest way as well. That red background will make the sticker easier to work with versus just the G and the 35 by itself. Just my $0.02.

True, it would be easier to cut out a circle and probably less expensive. And looking a little deeper, if we went with the red "sun" (i.e. Japan) and the blue "G" and white "35" it'd be USA colors as well. ahaha Ok, time for me to go home...

Anyways, Id like to leave a quick comment on the "G" turismo look. I, and I think a lot of other members, like the design. I personally like the "G" without the red background due to simplicity. Yes, the red makes it loud and stands out. Yet, I think we need to keep in mind for those who want a classier and simplier look to keep their cars as a "low profile", "non racer" look. The simple "G" without the red would serve its purpose.
As far as the size is concerned, I think keeping it to a minimum of at least 2 inches would be sufficient.
Also, we could add "Hawaii" to the end of the tag.
Just my personal opinion.
