Hawaii..February 15th Scavenger Hunt
G35 Hawaii's first event of the year, so dont miss out. Its only a month away so mark your calendar.
Yeah, yeah stop complaining...its a day after Valentines, so guess what, bring your significant other with you cause you're gonna need all the brain cells for this one. Its not what you think its gonna be. We're setting up a few riddles and clues to juice things up, but at the same time, we want you to have FUN!
Object: Complete or "TRY" to complete a list of tasks to do within an alotted amount of time. Give or take 3.5-4 hrs.
Teams will be set up. So dont worry, you wont attempt the tasks alone.
Come down to meet the G35 Hawaii members and their cars. You don't want to miss out on the first event of the year.

And so way are there only sedans??? Just Kidding.
More information will be available as soon as the event committee (did I spell that wright?) gets together to go over all of the planning issues. Please watch this post for future updates and plans for this event.

Also, we already have a group working on the event. If you'd like to help out, great! More, the merrier! We will be holding another meeting Jan. 25th @ Infiniti 11ish. Support, ideas, or whatever else, we will be more than happy to have you on board. Until then, Aloha!!

Just a reminder!! Meeting this Sunday, Jan. 25 at 1100am @ Infiniti. For those of you on the committee, please brainstorm all ideas for the upcoming Scavenger Hunt. We need to have a list of things/tasks to do which should have a time consumption of at least 3 hours.

To all Hawaii Members-
The information of the upcoming Hawaii Scavenger Hunt has been sent out as of the 26th of January. Please take a look at the e-mail and RSVP if you can make it. We made a guess-timate on how many cars / people might come out,...so please let us know so we can adjust the numbers for food and meeting locations.
We all look forward to seeing everyone out again, and perhaps a few newer faces that we have not met yet.
This should be a fun filled first event for 2004. Hope to see you guys out there.

I just thought of something.... Hopefully it was already taken care of since the event doesn't start till 1300 hours,(sorry 100p.m.)
I believe the GREAT ALOHO RUN is on that date..
The only thing it will possibly affect is the route people take to the meeting area.
Let me know if there is any questions...I will try and get the answer.

Event coordinators helping with this event, I think we all need to hand in our lists that can be compiled into one master list of tasks.
It was agreed upon the event coordinators that a list of 20 tasks be handed in by today? I could be wrong.
