hey 808 peeps, what did you guys pay for your G35coupe, I checked out the dealer and the salesman told me they only sell them at MSRP since it's in high demand. If anyone's got a hookup with a salesman that gave them a good deal please chime in.

 

Most of us actually paid MSRP,..which basically I thought wsa fair enough. The demand is still very high,..and at least they arent adding anything onto the cost.

I agree with Dave, there is no 2nd sheet with the adjusted market value that makes the car 40K, then give you a [i]discount[i] of 7K. Infiniti and Lexus have fair prices. Basically, people buy the cars because they like the cars, not because they can get a good deal.
I once went to Acura looking for an Integra, the guy asked if I had a budget, I said 15K. Next thing he said was, we start our prices at 16K, so feel free to visit our Honda dealership! Not saying that Infiniti does the same, but in a more discreet way, they'll try to work something out for you.

is that price with premium package and performance package? That sounds like base model without anything.

I don't mind paying MSRP since that's pretty consistent on the mainland. I have a couple friends, one in LA and one in Colorado who paid upwards of $39K (no navi either) b/c of demand.

 

There is no package options but the standard 6MT/Leather. I dont know much about the "performance package." Thanks

Im sure you can get a good deal, mainly cause youre a repeat customer. With that in mind, I know you'd want to get a good price for this car.
