Boba?
Re: Boba?
I'm down for a boba run. There's the new tea station in the Albertson's plaza (colima and fairway), with a black G coupe out front.
The Diamond Plaza (white castle) is just a b1tch on parking. And the new SF market next door has some parking ****'s...but i no speak-chinese-ah sorry bye-bye-ah
i like that little place inside the food court (used to have flourescent planets painted on the wall and played PS2 games/Anime music videos on a little TV. they have the strawberry or green tea flavored Boba. Lychee slushee with strawberry boba (YUM )
What about a group dinner some time at RH Garden? You can get your German Pork Knuckles, bologna and PB sandwich, chow fun, porridge, korean short ribs..that place serves EVERYTHING. My favorite....
New York Steak AND pork chop combo for $7.95
Who's up for tomorrow night friday 5/21.. either a Boba-night or RH Garden dinner? Say, around 6 or 7?
Cheers, ted

Re: Boba?
Sorry, no offense to you irvine78, but Tapioca Express is not quality boba. Tap Express, Lollicup, and Quickly are known as the "fast food" of boba. Quick and dirty, but not really good stuff.
If you're around Gale and Fullerton, you might as well head up a block and turn left into Diamond Plaza. You have Ten Ren, which serves the best tea hands-down or Life Plaza, which actually uses fresh fruits in their drinks. Not that cheap & nasty powdery stuff. Plus, at Life Plaza, it's Buy 1 Get 1 free on ALL drinks all the time.
Personally, I prefer to drive up Fullerton a little ways, turn left on Colima, and head into Little Bean or Tea Bar. Those two places serve the best stuff.

Re: Boba?
i think your tapicoa express comment only valid in certain location...cuz i am from san jose and san diego (been to about 4 tapioca expresses) and i am very satisfied with their boba
on the other hand..i agree lollicup and quickly is..hm..not as good....

Re: Boba?
Yeah, Pearl_G's aunt owns Little Bean. We gotta go with him for the remote possiblity of some hookups.
So Pearl_G, you tell us when's the next time you'll be there, and we'll make a GTG out of it.
