Here is my opinion...I didn't read all the posts.. ok first of all 4th of July Weekend, Vegas will be extremely packed, which leads to more accidents...which I do not want to see. We should go on a regular weekend where rooms rates ARE A LOT CHEAPER and less people. Besides, I speak for a few that we might already have plans since its a long weekend. Just a thought...

better yet... how about personalized t-shirts??!!
What I will do is come up with a logo for te back of the tshirt and make it avail to everyone.
Then we will provide instructionsfor you to create a cafe press "store" just for you to upload the image to.
Then we can do a front image that you can add your name to. Upload that, and voila... you can have your very own personalized full color tshirt for around $14.95.
I'll work on this next week. It won;t be painful, i promise!

Man you know i was watching this dvd i have called Mischief. For those of you that dont know what it is. Its a documentary of the Gumball 3000. This dvd is crazy.

I didnt read all the threads so sorry if someone mentioned this already. As the TINMAN said Supra invade Vegas has been around a while. I had a Supra before the G and I went to this event a few times, it was pretty fun. The drag track is 15 mins away. Those guys I believe usually use the Luxor as the host hotel that they have a back parking lot they allow them to use for the "show and shine". We need to have a road course event though! That's were the fun is! I can probably provide some name of guys in the Supra community that might be able to provides some contacts at these venues if you PM me.

So people I suggest we set some deadlines here. One deadline for the actual Final decision of what we want and how we want it... when the actual event will take place, What will we call it,what hotel it will be at, what events we will all partake in, etc???
Also the sooner you confirm you are going the better.
I would like to have the badges already printed before the meet. Although there will be a sign up list for the procrastinators (lol) hhhmm.... Since this is filling up rather fast, I will start the sign up list on another thread. There will be one in each forum. Please only sign up once to avoid confusion....The first list until the dates are confirmed will be called Who's Interested in the <font color=green>veGas Invasion</font color=green>

as far as the time frame,look like most of us voted for late may which it a good thing because it before weather getting hot,summer in vegas is no joke.anything earlier is too early (folks need time to plan thing out)anything after that is too long,we peeps can't wait that long[img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img] i say give it couple more days.will anounce the official date may be sunday.
the next thing is hotel.as of right now GEOBAU is looking for a hotel which have a large enough parking space for us,along with avaiable rooms and sofore.also it will be away from the congestion if we can
once that iron out,we will have a seperate thread as a sign up list.everybody who is going will start sign up with screen name/first name/city/state..and that thread will be here in the west forum.will have a thread in each forum which link to this sign up thread.
after that we will work on details such as meet points,cruise route,dinner etc...
