Still getting into the ownership groove, and wanted to check price for a 30K checkup?

Every dealer seems to have a different 30K service. At 30K I would change the air filter, cabin filter, differential fluid, tranny fluid, coolant flush, grease hinges, and oil change.

John, do u know if 350z cats fit a G35??? I've asked everyone and nobody is sure about it.

 

Honestly I have no idea. You should post a thread in the tech section and see what everyone says. You could always make them fit.

 

No replies here, or my350z.

It would be interesting to modify the cats.

I'm pretty sure that the cats from a Z and G are the same. I think the only thing that really changes between the two is the length of the exhaust from the cat-back. That's why Nismo exhausts for a Z will fit a G with an extension. I'm not sure about Non Rev vs. Rev-up engines though.

 

I just found out on My350z that they do bolt right up.

I think the length difference is in the mid pipe... Not too sure.

Have you done compression rod bushing work?
As i understand, it requires press bench or similar equipment.
I need to tackle this dreaded squeaky noise.

 

I've done it before on a different car. It isn't an easy job considering that its a pressed piece. The only hard part about doing this job is seperating the bushing from the hub.

 

Hey john coming up on my 60K warrantee how much are we looking at? Also was curious if you know of anywhere to get the vinyl for taillights for a cheap price and also if you installed? let me know thanks, chris
