I got my first service on my G free. Frontier Infiniti was late in starting my service and the whole deal was free. I arrived at 10:05 am for a 10:15am appointment. They took the car in at 10:35am and told because of the wait the service was free. Is this normal? I like it, got an oil change and rotation free. Do all Infiniti service departments do this-like a mandate from Infiniti?

Hey IQ9....I make it a point to get to know everyone in the Service Department on a first name basis. Get close and stay close to your Service Manager....and don't be an unreasonable customer and you will get all kind of perks including that little extra care from the technician working on your G.

 

My neighbor is the srevice mgr@Toyota. I know the tricks but this was not the dealership I got the vehicle from. In fact their sales staff told me they would not give me a test drive because they felt I could not afford a G35. Too bad I bought one 2 weeks later from Pleasanton Infiniti Looks don't tell the story when customers wander onto car lots. I went there looking less than impressive...I wanted a good deal...no to get ripped.
