Is anyone up for a meet and greet sometime next weekend or the following weekend? I just moved here from Texas and would love to set up a BBQ at a park so some of us can get to know each other and unite the Phoenix G group.

I was thinking we could all bring some food and maybe a football or volleyball net and get some games going. Let me know what you guys think.

Nino p/m'd me to post something up. So here it goes.i posted something on the arizona club thread. our board started up hosting a g/z monthly bbq,please check it out once the forum is back up, right now is experiencing technical issues but should be up shortly.

My pleasure, look out for a monthly BBQ until further notice on the last saturday of the month at the EZ Lube in Avondale out on the west.
*edit- I forgot to mention that it requires an RSVP on our board in the thread so we are more suited and ready for the amount of people to be prepared for*

There used to be an AWD "east" side BBQ the third Sunday of each month but I hear from an AWD owner that the guy who set this up no longer works at the auto shop.

Otherwise, if you guys on this board want to team up, the last one was small as far as people getting to know each other was pretty good, and I brought out some DJ gear to play some tunes. If anyone wants to put anything together between G and Z clubs, I am more than willing to participate with the group from Westside Z Meet and AZ Tuner.

If you have a host, do it! I will certainly try my best join in. Last year we got no or little feedback from the east when we "tried" getting the poker run together with west and east peeps.
