actually I MIGHT be able to make it, not sure yet, work has been a scheduling nightmare with all the people out and unreliable help, once everything gets settled I'll let ya know!

It's usually a good idea to have at least two or three members bring drinks. We don't want to die from the heat LOL.

Not sure if I had seen the actual address....but Im down for sure! Unless something screws up my schedules.

I have the AZ Tuner/Westside Z Meet *NEW* Canopy and the old EZUp one, and if theres electric, we can add DJ speakers and setup to the picture. If my son/his gf comes along, (since his girl lives NW) I hope he could bring the suv with the above mentioned items.

I will probably get there early to help set up and also I figure the park or location has benches right?

Anyone up for horseshoes? Anyone have a horseshoe game equip?
Im not down for volleyball, but if enough people want a good old fashioned hardball (baseball) or even softball, I can add a few bats and down for it.
If not, is there any basketball courts there?

Haha lets start with how many people we get out there before talking about activities... It's a good idea to start thinking about it but its hard to play a full on game of something with only 6 people.. let's turn those maybes to for sures lol
