Park in Surprise AZ
Just a headsup... The park in Surprise is pretty big. has two volleyball courts(sand and sprinklers), tennis courts, a huge play area for the little kids, a man made lake to catch and release fish, basketball courts, several covered gazebo patio seating areas (which is why we should get there early to have one) we could bust out the canopy if we do not get one, and lots of parking for the g35s, g37s and 350Zs. Hopefully more people will come, here is the fees for the park:
Fees Review – This is a request seeking approval of setting beer permit fees and ramada rentals in city parks. Staff presented the following fee recommendations: beer permits at $10.00 for both residents and non-residents. Ramada rental fees are as follows: small ramada rentals at $15 for residents and $30 for non-residents, double ramadas at $25 for residents and $50 for non-residents. Mark explained the beer permits are required for groups of 5 or more and ramada rentals are for 4-hour blocks of time.
Hopefully this clarifies the fee schedule for the ramadas and beer. Can someone in Surprise get the ramada reserved and a beer permit? I got $20 toward fees.
