Intense knows what they're doing.. Only thing I don't like is their customer service.. They're extremely shady over the phone. Its like your calling for drugs and they want to keep everything on the down low and need to know every single specific detail before even handing the phone over to the guy you want to talk to. If they don't understand what your talking about they won't let you talk to anyone.

 

ORLY? who were you speaking with? There are people who have been modding for years, even sales people who have been part owners in other aftermarket speed shops.
I would elaborate specifics. Ive never had that kind of response from Intense.

They had a listing on AZ350Z about a powerlab turbo kit.. they told us to call for an inquiry which I did.. I forgot what the guys name was that I kept asking for but they wouldn't give him the phone.. I had to explain why I was calling about 5 times like they wanted to the story to match everytime I said it.

 

you need to ask for the az350z discount im sure. the powerlab setup is badass i think its right on their website.

This is Pete actually and I ROFL'd when I read this thread, nothing shady going down here.

Here's some things to take into account, there are things such as MAP {Minimum Advertised Pricing} in which we have to be careful how cheap we sell things as an authorized dealer of certain manufacture products.

2nd There are times when I am not available to everybody and likewise goes for Darren, we are not on commission and EVERYONE gets the SAME PRICING regardless of who you ask for so if I am available I WILL HELP YOU OUT.

If you are calling for tech questions or to speak to a tuner I have to obtain information on the vehicle before even offering tuning services as to save your time and ours, simple right {Efficient}also we generally do not answer tech questions as this is not a tech line.

This is what it comes down to basically in here is 2-3 reps helping you all in the community, not just G or Z btw and we have to be efficient with our time and yours as well.

I would go to intense for a turbo any time if I had cash in hand.

 

When I talked to him he said that I would need to buy the tuning kit and software and they could do it. I was just looking for someone to do it for me that already had the equipment and stuff. That's what I meant.

 

Oh ok. That is true, if he doesn't have the software for your EMS. What are you using?
