Clutch replaced at Exklusiv Motorsports

I just had my clutch and flywheel replaced. I went from stock to JWT, and I love it so far!

I had the work done at Exklusiv Motorsports. Its actually a VW shop but Derek the owner, knows quite a bit about G's and Z's as well.

He charged me $400 and got the car back to me really quickly, he said he'd be willing to do the job for any of my friends for the same price.

If you need a clutch install call him and say Jason with the white G sent you!

Thanks for the info. How much did you get the clutch/flywheel for? Does it make a lot of chatter noise? I am still oem at 45k and clutch is fine, but can't really stand it any more (can't drive as smooth/fast as I want)

Moto za I had the same thing going on. My clutch wasn't gone but it just felt terrible. I got the clutch/flywheel for $775 on the market here. Came with a stainless steel clutch line and some other stuff which was really cool.

As far as chatter, I was really concerned about it while I was deciding which direction to go. Its not too bad, its just kinda a hum below 2k rpm. It is noticeable without the radio on, but it doesn't bother me at all. My stock clutch actually chattered a little too.

As far as feel, the new clutch/flywheel feel great! I haven't broken them in yet, 200 miles to go, but I can feel the difference even driving the car gently. The clutch engages so much more quickly, and my shifts are much smoother. Hope this helps!
